Your personal assistant. For every doctor.

Esculy takes admin and planning off your plate. It prepares, writes, sorts and follows up, often before you ask. You approve.

It does not wait to be asked.

Esculy keeps an eye on your post, agenda and follow-up and comes to you with the next step ready. You only say yes or not now.

  • Notices

New results, unanswered referrals, gaps in the agenda. Esculy sees them before you do.

  • Prepares

Letters, call-backs and patient sheets are drafted before you open them.

  • Follows through

Reminders to colleagues and patients go out once you agree, and Esculy keeps checking until it is done.

Ask the way you already work.

Hold a key, type in the side chat or send a WhatsApp. Esculy answers where you asked.

Hold Ctrl + M and speak

Speak while you hold, let go and Esculy gets to work. The island stays on top of every program, your EHR included.

Side chat

A slim chat beside your screen, with a live log of everything Esculy did for you.

All your admin and planning. Handled.

  1. Prepares your morning

Reads records, letters and open follow-up and gives you one sheet per patient. Only what is in the file, no new medical claims.

  2. Writes the consult note

Listens along, drafts the note in your own template and links every sentence to what was said. Doubts appear as points to check.

  3. Sorts the post

Referral letters, lab results and secure messages arrive summarised and coded, with the sentence behind every code.

  4. Answers the phone

Follows the triage tree your practice draws, reads every answer back and books only after the caller confirms. Medical questions go to a person.

  5. Plans and follows up

Proposes appointments, reminds colleagues and patients, and gives every result an owner and a deadline. Nothing slips.

  6. Explains it to your patient

A summary in plain language, with its own approval. Your patient only receives it after you read it.

Esculy in one minute.

From a spoken question to a prepared morning, a finished note and a quiet inbox. All data in the film is fictitious.

One assistant. Every specialty.

GPs, specialists and small practices. Esculy learns your templates, your letters and your way of working.

Starting in Belgium. Built for Europe. Our first pilots run in Belgian practices. The next countries follow soon, each with its own language, coding and rules.

It proposes. You decide.

  • Nothing happens without you

Letters, messages and changes to a record stay proposals until you approve them. High-risk actions always ask.

  • You see everything

Every step lands in a log you can open from the island or the side chat, and you can undo what can be undone.

  • Sources, not guesses

Every sentence in a note points to the passage it is based on. Doubts are flagged, never hidden in the text.

  • An email is never an order

Text in mail, letters or your EHR screen can inform Esculy but never instruct it. Only you can.

  • Your data stays yours

Conversations are not shared between practices as training data. The phone assistant does not store audio.

Pilot programme

Build Esculy with us.

We are looking for doctors who want to use Esculy before launch and tell us honestly what should be better.

  1. Introduction

A no-strings conversation about your practice, your software and what costs you the most time today.

  2. Scope

Together we choose the doctors, the tasks Esculy takes on and the connections you need.

  3. Practice

First with fictitious patients, so your team gets to know Esculy without any risk.

  4. Pilot under your supervision

You use Esculy in your practice. We follow up and adapt it to your feedback.

Questions.

What is Esculy?

A personal AI assistant for doctors that takes admin and planning off your plate. It prepares your patients, drafts consult notes with sources, summarises and codes incoming letters, answers the phone and follows up. It also takes initiative: it notices new results, unanswered referrals and gaps in your agenda and comes to you with the next step ready. You ask by voice, in the side chat or on WhatsApp, and you approve what it proposes.

Which doctors is it for?

For GPs, specialists and small practices in every discipline. You decide the sections of your notes, the style of your letters, the questions of the phone assistant and the triage tree.

Is Esculy available yet?

Not publicly. We start with a small number of pilot practices in Belgium and then expand to other countries. Use the form below to get on the list.

Does Esculy take initiative itself?

Yes, within the limits you set. Esculy notices what needs doing, prepares it and comes to you with a proposal. Looking things up is always fine. Anything that writes or sends waits for your yes by default. You can let low-risk routines run on your own instruction, and high-risk actions always need your explicit approval. Text in an email or letter never counts as an instruction.

Who is responsible for the content?

Always the doctor. Esculy proposes, with sources. Nothing becomes final or reaches a patient without your approval.

Does it work with my practice software?

The Windows app sits on top of any program, so you can ask Esculy from inside your EHR. Esculy supports FHIR R4 and file import. Direct links with packages such as CareConnect, Daktari or Mediris do not exist yet; we look at them per pilot, together with the vendor.

What happens to phone audio?

The phone assistant does not store audio. Recent answers are kept in working memory for at most twenty minutes, only for that call. A full transcript is only stored with consent.

Which languages does Esculy speak?

Today the workspace and notes are in Dutch and the phone assistant speaks Dutch and French. New languages follow with each new country.

What does a pilot cost?

We discuss that in the introduction, depending on the size of your practice.
